AbstractObjective:Tosystematicallysearchandtoscrenliteratureondietaryrecommendersystemsinhealthcareservicesfield worldwide,toummareandtoaalyzethrfatureslgritsndplicatiocenarios,terebytoprovideafoudationfodancing personalizednutritionthroughsuchsystem.Methods:AcomprehensiveliteraturesearchwasconductedinChineseandEngishdatabases usingsubjectheadingsandfre-textterms,coveringrecordsfromdatabaseinceptionto March31,2O24.FollowingtheArkseyand OMaleyscopingreviewframeworkandtheJBManualforEvidenceSynthesis.AllextracteddatawerecolltedandanalyzdResults: Thirty-eightstudieswereincluded.Fivestudiesfocusedondetaryrecommendationsforchronicdiseaseordiabeticpatients,wilete remainingdidnotspecifytargetpopulatios.wenty-threstudiesrecommendedecipes,sixsggestedingredents,treepropedmeal combos,fourprovideddailymealplans,oneoferedtherapeuticdietaryprescriptions,andonerecommendedsnacks.Thirtystudiessed offlietrialsfostemtesting,tenemploedusesurveysneconductedapilottrialandoeperfoedanonietrialsCocusios: Advancesnalgorithicmodelsteoreticallydemonstratethefeasiblityofietaryrecommendations,yetresearchremainsnascnt,with incompletereportingandunderdevelopedevaluationframeworks.Futurestudiesshouldasssreal-worldusabilityandeficacytopower nutrition and dietary management.
