AbstractObjective：Tosystematicallysearchandtoscrenliteratureondietaryrecommendersystemsinhealthcareservicesfield worldwide，toummareandtoaalyzethrfatureslgritsndplicatiocenarios，terebytoprovideafoudationfodancing personalizednutritionthroughsuchsystem.Methods：AcomprehensiveliteraturesearchwasconductedinChineseandEngishdatabases usingsubjectheadingsandfre-textterms，coveringrecordsfromdatabaseinceptionto March31，2O24.FollowingtheArkseyand OMaleyscopingreviewframeworkandtheJBManualforEvidenceSynthesis.AllextracteddatawerecolltedandanalyzdResults： Thirty-eightstudieswereincluded.Fivestudiesfocusedondetaryrecommendationsforchronicdiseaseordiabeticpatients，wilete remainingdidnotspecifytargetpopulatios.wenty-threstudiesrecommendedecipes，sixsggestedingredents，treepropedmeal combos，fourprovideddailymealplans，oneoferedtherapeuticdietaryprescriptions，andonerecommendedsnacks.Thirtystudiessed offlietrialsfostemtesting，tenemploedusesurveysneconductedapilottrialandoeperfoedanonietrialsCocusios： Advancesnalgorithicmodelsteoreticallydemonstratethefeasiblityofietaryrecommendations，yetresearchremainsnascnt，with incompletereportingandunderdevelopedevaluationframeworks.Futurestudiesshouldasssreal-worldusabilityandeficacytopower nutrition and dietary management.
