AbstractObjectieToutildeliaadomatiotolateooudingfctorsandeseusalityaseaiettal causalrelationsipstweemronrientsadtye2diabeteselltusswellasisomplatsMethds:Leverainggeoeide asociation study(GWAS)data,theexposure factors encompassd15micronutrients including mineralssuchascopper,selenium, zinc,potassium,iron,magnesium,and calcium,as well as vitamins A, B6 ,folate, B12 ,C,D,E,and beta-carotene.The outcome variables weretype2diabeteselitusaditsomplcatisMendelianandomzationanalysisasconductedusingmetodssuchasinvsearance weighted(IVW),-Eggerndweightedmedanndsesitivityalyswereperfordesults:eresultsfroteiveaace weighted(IVW)methodand theweighted medianmethod indicatedthatatherosclerosis waspositivelycorelatedwithvitamin B12 levels andnegativelyoelatedwitviainAlevelsChonicealfureasnegativelyoelatedwithflaelevels.Type2dabeeslitus waspositivelycorelatedwithselenumlevelsanddiabeticmacularedemaaspositivelycorelatedwitionlevels.Theulivarate Mendelinrandomizationresutsrevealedthatseenumasanindependentifluencingfactorforype2diabetes,hilevitainAandviain B12 couldindependentlyaffecttheuenceofatheroslerosisConusis:Tisstudysugsts tatspecificmicroutrientsayplaya regulatoryroleintypediabetesanditscomplications.Thesefidingsprovidesupportindevelopingsientificandreasonabledietary guidelines and preventive strategies.
