AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatethecurrentstatusofrbiesexposurepreventionandtreatmentclinicsinacertaincityandtoprovie abasisforadachcsides：Ositsposoflcilditesialaffeoudt assess clinicconditions.Data wereenteredusingEpiDataandanalyzedwithSPSS22.0Results：Theaveragenumberofrabiescliicsper 100，000 population across 10 counties（districts/cities） was 1.10. Among the 6O clinics， 28（46.7% operated 24 hours，at least one 24-hour clinic in each county.The average number of medical staff per clinic was approximately 11.All 6O clinics （100.0% ） could manage pre-exposure prophylaxis，Category I，and Category II exposures; 48 （80.0% ）could handle non-surgical category Il exposures; and 10（16.7% ）had the capacity to managesurgicalevelexposures.Conclusios：Theestablisentandmanagementofrabiesexposurepreventionandtreatmenticsin thecity stillack standardization.It isrecommended tostrengthenthestandardized constructionofsuchclinicscitywide.
