AbstractObjective：Toinvestigate thestatusquoofacute skinfailureinpatientswithsepsis inICUandanalyze itsriskfactors，soas toprovidereferenceformedicalstaftoforulateprevetiemeasuresMethod：Atotalf254patitswithsepsisitheICUoftertiay gradeAhospitalinDaliancityfromJanuary2O23toFebruary2O24wereselectedasthestudyobjects，andtheyweredividedntocase groupandcontrol groupaccording towhetheracute skinfailureoccurrd.SinglefactorandLogisticregressionanalysiswereusedto screentheriskfactors ofacute skinfailureinsepsispatients.Results：The incidenceofacute skifilureoccuredinsepsis patients was 35.04% .Peripheralarterydisease，mechanicalventiltionvasoactivedrugs，APACHEIscore，MAP，Lacweretheinfluencingfactor for acute skin failure in sepsis patients ΔP<0.05 ）.Conclusions：The incidence of acute skin failure in sepsis patients is high and there are manyriskfactors.Medicalstafsouldpyoseatentiotoighriskpatintsandtaketimelytargetedinterventiomeasurestduce the incidence of acute skin failure in sepsis patients.
