AbstractObjective：Todevelopandevaluateaquestionpromptlist（QPL）forfertilityprotectionandpreservationincervicalcancer patients，soastprovdeapractcaloltoaclateatintegageentinmedicaldecisionmakingethds：eprearyQLwas developedthroughliteraturereviewandqualitativeinterviews，followedbytworoundsofDelphiexpertconsultationandapilotestto finalizetheQPL.Atotalof38patintsadmitedbetweenJanuaryandMarch2O24wereasignedtothecontrolgroup，hile4Oatients admitedbetweJuneandAugust224wereassgnedtotheinterventiongroup.AssessmentsincludedtheQPLfedbackquestioaire， theReproductiveoncesAfterCancerScale（CAC），theDecisioalCoflitScale（DC），andthDecisiRegretScale DRAialy 12healthcarprofesioasevauatedteeasibiltoftQPResults：InetwoondDelexprtcosulatioeutoritts wereboth0875escodoundsowedaratocoefentsranggfroO52toOwitKendallsocoranceif 0.401 P<0.001 ）.Theimportance scores forsecondary indicators inthesecondroundranged from 3.86to4.93.Thefinalfrtlityprotection andpreservationQPLforcervicalancerpatientsasdeveloped，omprsingfiedimensios：backgroundkowledgeurgerdit protetinodlrtlasl positive patient feedback on the QPL.All patients reported the QPL as helpful，with 80.00% （32/40） indicating it would be useful forfuturerefeeAmogtartipaigahaeprovdrslldtQ'sutiicilitigpatuod 91.67% （11/12）acknowledgeditsclinicalvalue.Atdischarge，thecontrolgroupexibitedsignificantlyhigherscoresfordecisionconflict [31.25 （29.69，32.81）]， fertility-related distress （44.89±3.76） ，and decision regret [28.00 （20.00，36.0O）] compared to the intervention group，which scored [17.93 （15.63，20.31）]， （36.35±6.72） ，and [20.00 （20.00，24.00）] respectively （all P<0.001 ）.Conclusions： The QPLforfetipotepeseioalcetsasibItttsosdeesalt， reproductiveconcerns，and decisionregret.
