AbstractObjective：TotranslatetheSurgeryTaskLoadIndex（SURG-LX）intoCineseandvalidateitsreliabilityandvaliditywile employing networkanalysistoeamiethtructuralreltiossetweenSUR-XandtheNSATaskLadIdex （NAA-etds： TheBrislin taslatiooelasadotedfofadndacktraslaioofUX，fldyossualdaptaiotoept paneldiscussonsandapreliminarysurveyFromOctober022toMayO23，639surgicalhealthcareprofesionalsfromfivetertiary gradeAhospitalsinChangzoucityweresurveydtoassssthecale'seliabilityandvaliditResults：TeChineseversionofURG-X consistedofsiit.esale-elotetvlitydex（SCVas.9hilelotetvaliidices（-CVao 0.800to1.0oo.TheCronbach'scoeficentwasO.886.Thetest-retestreliblitywasO.80l.ScoresfromtheChineseSURG-TLX showed a positive correlation with NASA-TLX scores（ P<0.001 ）.Network analysis revealed strong associations between "mental demand"and"taskcomplexity"inSURG-TLX，whereas"mentaldemand"and"physicaldemand"werecloselylinkedinNAA-X. Conclusions：TheChineseversionofSURG-TLXdemonstratesgoodreliabilityandvalidityakingitanefective tolforassing surgicaltaskldrtilalsusleiactetdalscl healthcare professionals.
