AbstractObjetive:ToanalyethecurentstatusandinfluencingfactorsofnursinghumanresourceallcationinChinaandselected OrganizationfoEooicCoperatioadevelopment(OECD)outrssastoprovideeferecesfothevelopmetofusigan resourcesandhealthcareservices inChina.Methods:DatawerecolectedfromtheOECDdatabase,WorldHealthStatistisReport,World BankfficiatabsehiHlthtisierbokdiStatistcalYrbkEaatiodicatodedested per1,0O population,urse-tophysicianratio,bed-tourserati,physicians per1,OOOpopulation,hospitalbedsper 1,000 population,national healthexpenditureasapercentageofGDP,GDPpercapita,andproportionofpopulationaged 6andaboveAnalyticalmethodicuded greyrelatioalaalysglomeratioegealysisansatio)ndJpotgressodelstaatede nursinghumanresourcealocationanddevelopment trendsbetwenChinaandOECDcountries.Results:China’sregisterednursesper (202 1,000 population were ata medium levelamongOECDcountries.The annual percentage change (APC)beforeand after 2O15 was 9.48 and6.77,espeielyicatigapiddelatielyigowtheRlvelireaedfrode3tde4igt AmongOECDcountries,thehighest greyrelationaldegreewithregisteredursesperoOpopulationwasobservedfortheproportion of population aged 65+(0.85±0.07) ,followed by physicians per 1 OoO population (0.79±0.14) and health expenditure as a percentage of GDP (0.76±0.11) .In China,registerednurses per1OOpopulationshowed thestrongestcorrelation withhospitalbedsper1OOO population andhealthexpedieasetgeofoth85fldyicasopuao75)ghda population agglomeration degree (PAD)averaged 2.52±0.01 ,while the health resource agglomeration degree (HRAD)/PAD ratio averaged (20号 0.66±0.06 ,showingaincreasigtrend.Conclusions:Chinastillfcesarelativesortageofursing humanresources,ndtheurse-toyician rationeedsoptimized.Althoughgrowthhasslowedsince2Ol5,itrmainsatamoderatelevel.Diferentcountriesmayadoptvarid strategiesforhealthcareresourcealocationandnursingworkforceplanning.ComparedtoOECDcountries,China'snursinghuman resources remain insuffcient relative to population agglomeration,but allocation eficiency is graduall improved.
