健康生态学视角下甲状腺癌病人术后重返工作现状及影响因素

AbstractObjective:Basedonthehealtheologymodel,tissudyexplorethestatusqoofpostoperativereadinesstoretutoworkin patientswithdiereedtydcaneadtoanalyitsuenigfactosMetos:Atotalofptientsithdierentatedyod cancerwhowererexaminedonemonthafterthyroidsurgeryintheFirstHospitalofShanxiMedicalUniversityfromJanuary2024to April 2024wereselectedastheresearchsubjectsbyconvenientsamplingmethod.Thegeneralinformationquestionaire,Readiessfor Retun-To-WorkScale,thyroidcancerspecificqualityoflifescale,HospitalAnxietyandDepresionScaleandSocialSupportRating Scale wereused for investigation.Results:Therateofpatients retuming to work afterdiferentiated thyroidcancer surgery was 64% : Most of the patientswho did not return to work were in the intention stage (28 cases, 38.9% ).Most of thepatientswho returned towork were in the uncertain maintenance stage (71 cases, 55.5% ). The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that work intensity, socialsupportlevelandspecificqualityoflifeweretheifluencinfactorsofwhetherdiferentiatedthyroidcancerpatintsretuedto workaftersurgeryCocusios:eprepaatioofatintsithdieretiatedtoidcancertoetutoorkafteroperatiosiles to beimproved.Medicalstafshouldpaymoreatentiontothespecificsymptomsofpatientsafteroperationevaluatethephysicaland mentalevelandorkstatusofpatients,rovideidividualzedealthucatiofopatietstoeutoork,elpatientsretutooal life and work as early as possible.
