AbstractObjective：Toconstructaqualitycontrolandevaluationindexsystemrelatedtosurgicalsiteinfectionintheoperatingroo， aiming toprovidesientificplicable，ndfeasiblequalitymaagementbasisforospitalifectionmanagementinthepertigoom. Methods：Basedonthetr-dimensioalqualitystructuremodelof"structureproessrsult"，after2roundsofexpertinqurisdoup discusions，aqualitycontrolandevaluationindexsystemrelatedtosurgicaliteinfectionintheoperatingoomasfinallformed. Results： The effective response rate of the two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaire was 100% . In the second inquired，the authoritycoefentsofthexprtsreO3andO.913.TeKendalloyofcientsofimporanceandfasliteand 0.204 respectively（both P<0.001 ）.The quality controland evaluation index system related to surgical site infection in the operating room included3primaryindicators9secondaryindicatorsand43tertiaryidicatos.Conclusios：hequalitycontrolandevaluatioindex systemrelatedtourgicalsiteifectionpertigoobasedotetredimesioalualtystructuemodelissientificfecti， objectiveandableichsgifafantifthalitosooalemaageteioo.
