AbstractObjective：Toexplorethecognitionandexpectationabouttheoleofnursepractitioneramonghematologycliciansandto providereferenceforpostsetingand practicecontentdesignofnurse practitionerinhematologydepartment.Methods：Basedonthe principleofmaximumdiference，atotalof13hematologdoctorsfromfourtertiarygradeAhospitalsinShanxiprovincewerselected forsemi-structuredin-depth interviewsfromJanuarytoFebruary2023byusingobjectivesampling method.Theseven-stepColaizi analysis methodwasusedformeaningconstruction，topicclusteringandfedbackverificationResults：Atotalof5themeswereetracted： thesolverofcomplexclinicalnursingproblems，theindependentdecisionmakerwithinthescopeofursepractice，thecoordinator promotingtheclosecooperationbetwenmedicalandpatient，theeducatorofbloodnursingprofesio，ndtheresearcherleadngthe developmentofbloodnursingprofesion.Conclusions：Hematologyclinicians believe thattheroleofnurse practitioneris ndedin clinical practice.They have clear expectations for the role of nurse practitioner.
