AbstractObjective：Todevelothefalliskperceptionscaleforelderlytumorinpatientsundergoingradiotherapy，andtotestits reliabiltyndiyoaesssmttolfollpresfllsepale tumorinpatientsundergoingradiotherapyasconstructedbyiteraturerview，semistructuredinterviewxpertonsultatiosdpot surveyAtotalof13derlyumrinpatietsuderggaiotheapyeselectedforivetgationtotesttllitydaidityof thescale.esults：Thefallrskperceptionscaleforederlytumorinpatintsundergoingadiotherapyincded24itmsin4disios， includingdiseaseandtreatmentsusceptibityperceptio（1Oitems），ehavioalsusceptibityperception7items），viotal susceptibilitypereptio3is）andfallsverityprcept（4its）.Teaveragofale-eelontentvaityidex（SC/Aves 0.970.Andthetem-levelcontentvalidityindex（I-CVrangedfromO.8too.Exploratoryfactoranalysisextractedfourcommon factor.The cumulative contribution rate of variance was 82.774% .Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit well.The Cronbach'sαcoeficientofteoverallscalewasO.973.AndtheGutmansplit-alfreliabilitywasO.936.TheCronbach'sacoeficentsf eachdimensionrangedfromO.947toO.96.AndtheGuttasplit-halfreliabilityrangedfromO.939toO.949.Conclusions：Thefallrisk perceptioscaleforelderlyinpatientswithradiotherapyfortumorhasgodreliabiltyandvalidity.Itcouldbeusedtoaeselderly cancer radiotherapy inpatients′ fall risk perception.
