AbstractObjetive：TotranslatethePatientParticipationScale（PPS）intoChinese，andtotestitsvalidityandreliabilityMetos： AcordingtoteBrislnraslatiomodel，teEnglishersionofPSastraslatedbacktraslatedndulturalldaptedtofote ChineseversionofPS.Atotalof5OpatientstreatedinaertiarygradeAhospitalinTyuanfromDecember2O23toAprl24were selectedbyconveniencesamplingmetodtoesteeliabiltandvidityofteChineseversionofPResults：TheChnesersionf PPS included4dimensionsand2litems.Theitem-levelcontentvidityindex（I-CVI）rangedfromO.80to1.Oo.Theuniversalagment of scale-levelcontentvaliy index（S-CVI/UA）was0.81.And theaverage scale-levelcontentvalidity index（S-CVI/Ave）was 0.96. Exploratory factor analysis extracted four common factorwith eigenvalue ？ 1.Thecumulative contribution rate of variancewas 66.100% Confirmatoryfactoranalysisshowedthatthemodelfitedwell.ThetotalCronbach'sαcoeficientofthescalewasO.929.Andtheetest reliabitycoeficenasO89Conclusis：TeCineseversonofPadgoodelblityndvaliityanditouldbsdasan evaluation tool for patient participation of health care in China.
