Study on light transmittance of domestic carbon fiber fabrics

Abstract:Testmethodforlighttransmitanceofcarbonfiberfabricwasestablished.Lighttransmitanceofthreeplain fabricsandtwosatinfabrics were tested,andthereasons forthediferenceoflighttransmitance wereanalyzed.Theresults showedthatamong thefive kindsof domesticcarbonfiberfabrics,theorderof lighttransmitanceofcarbon fiberfabricis CF8611 > ZT7H3198P > CF3011 > CF3031 > CF8652.Light transmittance of threeplain fabricsishigher than thatof the othertwosatinfabrics.Light transmitanceofplainfabricsishigherbecauseoftheweavingproces.Thedistancebetween theinterweaving pointsof plain fabricisveryshort,andthebending ofcarbon fiberinthetowislarge,resulting inlarge weavinggap.Withtheincreaseofarealweightofcarbonfiberfabric,thecompactnessoffabricincreases,andlighttransmittance decreases accordingly.Meanwhile,the modulusandsizeofcarbonfiberarealsothereasons forthedifferenceof light transmitance.Insummary,thestablishedtestmethodforlighttransmitanceofcarbonfiberfabricisquantitativeandffective.

1引言
低、抗疲劳、耐腐蚀、可设计性强以及适于整体结构成型等优异性能,广泛应用于航空领域,其用量已成为衡量飞机结构先进性的重要标志之一[1-4]先进复合材料具有高比强度、高比模量、比重热压罐工艺由于成型的复合材料性能最好、质量稳定,并适合大型复杂外形复合材料构件的成型等优点,是航空领域用复合材料构件成型的主要手段[5-7]。(剩余3947字)
