Abstract:Theresearch was conductedon in-machine measurement technology targeting the dimensional control challengesof weak-rigidity foam processing intheaviationmanufacturing field.Anovel methodforon-machinesurface measurement and result analysis/evaluation is proposed.The strategies were discussed for measurement program compilation, command control methods during themeasurement process,data processng algorithms,and errorcompensationtechniques. Based ona five-axis CNC machine using the Siemens 84OD numerical controlsystem,specific implementation processes of measurementand evaluation methodsare explored,successullybreaking through theapplication technologyof in-machine measurement for foam materials.acomplete technicalpathwayhas been established foron-machinesurface measurementof weak-rigidityfoam parts.Avaluablereference solution was providedfordimensional control infoam procesing within relevant fields.
