Medication Patterns and Core Mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract：[Objective]To explore the herbal medication paterns of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in the

treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）using data mining techniques，and to analyze the underlying mechanisms through network pharmacology approaches.The study aims to guide theoretical innovation in TCM and provide scientific support for clinical applications.[Methods]Clinical research literature on the treatment of CAG with traditional Chinese medicine was searched through China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）and he VIP Database，and relevant prescriptions were colected；The core herb combinations for CAG treatment were screened by Apriori algorithm and cluster analysis；Combining systems pharmacological approaches to predict core targets，major pathways of action of core herb combinations；The stabilityof the binding of the active ingredients of the core herbs to their targetswas assessed by molecular docking.[Results]A total of 155prescriptions containing 197 medicinal herbs werecollected；The three herbs“Baizhu，Dangshen and Fuling” were identified as the core herb combinations for the treatment of CAG through Apriori algorithm and cluster analysis；The core herb combinations had a synergistic therapeutic efect on CAG byregulating PI3K-Akt and other signaling pathways through the action of MAPK14，PIK3CB，EGFR and other targets；The molecular docking results showed a good binding capacity between the active components of the core herbs and the targets.
