Research on the Construction of an Industry-education Integration Ecosystem in Application-oriented Universities Driven by New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract：With theacceleratedadvancement of anew round of global technological revolutionand industrial transformation，new quality productive forces，as a fresh engine driving economic and social development，have imposedunprecedented requirementson China's education system，particularly higher education.Cultivating laborers with“new quality” competencies has become a crucial mision for contemporary higher education. Application-oriented universities，as vital experimental fields for deepening industry-education integration reform， should leverage their comparative advantages to anchor talent development in the growth of new quality productive forces.This requires centering on intensified industry-education integration and constructing an integration innovation ecosystem．Based on an analysis of the connotation of new quality productive forces and their implications for the characteristicsof new quality laborers，combined with emerging trends in industry-education integration driven bynew quality productive forces，thisstudy proposes pathways for application-oriented universities to construct an industry-education integration ecosystem：Align with the demands of strategic emerging industries toestablish a digital-intellgent applied talent trainingsystem.Integrate thecollaborative innovation chainof government，universities，industriesand enterprises to create anindustry-education integration community.Empower industry-education integration with“artificial intelligence+”to build a digital-intellgent integration platform.Focus on interdisciplinary technological frontiers to cultivate a cohort of“dual-qualified and dual-capable” faculty with cross-domain integration capabilities.
