Study on the Dynamic Mechanism of the Revival of the Historical and Cultural District： Take Nanluogu Lane as an Example

Abstract：From the perspectives of objectivity，comprehensiveness，and richness，this study uses the historical chronology of the Nanluogu Lane historical and cultural district's revival process as qualitative data.It employs grounded theory multi-level coding combined with system dynamics to explorethe driving mechanisms of Nanluogu Lane's revival.First，through open coding and axial coding，major categories are established.In the selective coding stage，system dynamics is used to construct a model of the driving mechanisms for Nanluogu Lane's revival.Second，the driving factorsof Nanluogu Lane'srevival are identified from themodel，determining the causal relationshipsamong 1O driving factors to explore the driving mechanism of Nanluogu Lane's revival. Finally，using the three-tier capital circulation theory，the operation process of capital in Nanluogu Lane's revival is investigated.This study provides a reference forthe sustainable revivalof Nanluogu Lane and ofers insights for the revival of other historical and cultural districts in China.
