Abstract：Under the background of digital transformation andartificial intelligence，university network security faces severe challnges.According to the network security level protection system，and adhering to the principle of combining technology and management，this paper proposes to establish a comprehensive governance system for network security based on the university network security threat situation awareness platform，with the“four-inone” network security awareness cultivation and management system construction as the main line，and the data center cloud network security integration security service chain，honeypot and cloud drainage active defense，and data security comprehensive protection as the technical support system.This will enhance the university's network security defense capability，improve the level of network security governance，and build a strong network security barrier for universities.

为贯彻落实《“十四五”国家信息化规划》《高等学校数字校园建设规范（试行）》《中国教育现代化2035》等国家战略部署，有序推进教育信息化2.0行动计划[1]，高校应充分利用云计算、大数据和人工智能等新技术来改善学校办学条件，营造网络化、数字化、智能化、个性化和终身化的教育教学环境[2]。（剩余8919字）
