Research on the Construction and Application of Campus Card System in the Context of Smart Campus

Abstract： In the context of higher education's digital transformation，one-card system，as acore infrastructure of smart campus construction，is gradually evolving from a single payment tool into an integrated service platform.By analyzing the connotations and characteristics of smart campuses，this paper traces the development journey of one-card system，identifies existing isues and chalenges，and proposes optimization strategies from aspects such as strengthening data governance and security protection，promoting technological integration and innovation，and enhancing service quality and user experience.Taking Beijing Union University asa case study，the paper elaborates on the system's architectural design，multi-campus application scenariosand achievements，，highlighting its significant role in promoting resource integration，optimizing business proceses，and driving innovations in management and teaching models.
