Abstract: Objective:To explore the teaching effectivenessofaflipped clasroomcombined with problem-based learning (PBL)under theoutcome-based education(OBE)framework integrated with ideologicaland political education in undergraduatemedicaleducation.Methods:Third-yearundergraduatesofclinicalmedicinefromBengbuMedicalUniversity were selected,with the2O21 cohort as the experimental group and the 2O2O cohort as the control group.Both groups studiedthesame textbook,《IntroductiontoOncology>(3rdEdition,People'sMedicalPublishingHouse).Theexperimental group received the OBE-guided flipped clasroom combined with PBL,while thecontrol group received traditional lecture-based teaching.Theend-term theoretical exam scoresand score distributions were compared between the two groups.Additionally,teaching effect was evaluated through questionnaire fedback.Results: The experimental group achievedhigherend-termexamscoresthanthecontrol group(P=O.O19),withastatisticallsignificant difference in score distribution(P=0.OO3).Questionnaire feedback indicated superior overallevaluation in theexperimental group (P=0.001).Conclusion:TheflippedclassroomcombinedwithPBLunder theOBEframework integratedwithideological and politicaleducationdemonstratesbetter teachingoutcomes than traditional methods。(剩余5342字)
