Clinical features and new advances in treatment of liposarcoma

Abstract：Liposarcoma（LPS）isasoft tissesarcomas（STSs）originating from primitive mesenchymal cels，often involvingdeepsoft tissues including esophagus，retroperitoneumand popliteal fossa.Although the incidencerateof LPS is relatively low，it ison the rise year byyear with the development of thesocial economyand dramatic change of people'sdietary habitsandlifestyles.Sincethereislitleknowledgeof theclinical featuresandtreatmentmethods of LPS，thisarticle integratesrecent domesticand foreign research literature，reviews theepidemiological features， clinicopathologicalfeatures，diagnosisandtreatmentofLPS，aimimg toprovideclinicalmedical staffwithrelatively comprehensive knowledge about LPS.
