Research progress on influencing factors and adverse effects of stigma in female infertility patients

Abstract：Underthedualinfluenceoftheglobaldeclineinfertilityandtraditionalfertilityculture，femaleinfertility，asa special health issue，notonlyafects thephysiological functionsof patients butalsoeasilyinducesastrongsenseof stigma amongpatients due toitsconflict withtheinherent expectationsof women'schildbearingroles insocietyandculture， Current esearch has graduall focusedon the stigmaoffemale inferilitypatients，clarifying thattheformationof heir stigmaisinfluencedbymultiplefactorsattheindividual，family，andculturallevels，whichsignificantlyandadversely affects the patients'mentalhealth，qualityof ife，andsocial interactions.However，therearestillobviousdeficienciesin theexistingresearch：theintegratedanalysisofinfluencingfactorsisnotsystematicenough，andtheinterventionstudies onstigma mostly focus onshort-termefects，lacking long-term trackingandoptimization.Thispaper systematically combstheresearchstatusoftheinfluencing factors，adverseefects，andinterventionsofthestigmaoffemaleinfertility patients，identifiestheweak linksintheexistingresearch，andprovidesatheoreticalbasisforthesubsequentformulation of multi-dimensional intervention strategies and the improvement of patients' mental health.
