Abstract：Conventionalpredictionoftheultimate bearingcapacityoflong-span highwaybridge pilefoundation mainlyuses the method fextractingcharacteristicparameters foriterativeoptimization toobtainthepredictionresults，ignoringtheinfluenceof characteristic parameterdimensions onthe predictionresults，resultinginalarge Mean squared erorof the predictionresults. Therefore，a prediction methodofthe ultimate bearing capacityoflong-span highway bridgepile foundation basedon the grey theorymodelandnonlinear mapping isproposed.Theloadtransfer parametersarecalculatedaccordingtothe stressareaof the pilefoundationofthelong-spanhighwaybridge，andthegreytheoreticalmodelisestablishedtorestoretheparameter sequence.Therestoredparametersarenonlinear mapped toreducetheparameterdimensions，calculate thebearingcapacityof the pile foundation，and predict basedonthecalculationresults.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthemean squaredeorof thepredictionresultsobtainedaftertheproposedapplicationislow，theaveragevalueisonlyO.O42，andthepredictionresults are relativelyaccurate，meting the construction design requirements of long－span highway bridge pile foundations.
