利用湿法生产机制砂尾泥制备流态固化土试验研究

Abstract:Fluidizedsolidifiedsoil waspreparedbystabilizing tailingssludgeusingcementcuringagentsandsolid waste-based cementitious curing agents,respectively.Theeffctsof water-solidratio,binder-soilratio,activatordosage,and sandsoilratioontheworkabilityandmechanicalpropertiesofthefluidizedsolidifiedtailingssludgewereinvestigatedthrough experimentson flow spread,seting time,bleedingrate,rheological properties,andunconfined compressvestrength.The results indicate that:With a water-solid ratio of O. 62-O.69 and a dosage of 7 % - 1 1 % cement curing agent or 1 5 % - 1 7 % GC curing agent,the 28 days strength of the fluidized solidified tailings sludge ranges from 0.56 to ,meeting the requirementsforgeneralnon-structuralbackfllengiering.ForGC-curedfluidizedsoiloptimizedwithawater-solidratioof (20 0 . 6 2 , 20 % activator dosage,and controlled sand -soil ratio of 0 . 3 (incorporating recycled fine aggregates to improve particle gradation),the flow spread reaches 2 6 5 m m ,the 28 days strength attains 2 . 6 6 M P a ,and the bleeding rate remains below 3 % , fulfllingeitfaltregthstruturalackfillapplicatios.WenteviscositofthemixdsuistanO., thefluidizedsolidifiedsoilmixtureexhibitsahigherprobabilityofbleeding.Proposethecontrollbleparametersandcementitious material dosage inthepreparationoffluidizedstabilizedsoilusing manufacturedsandwashing tailings.Teresearch findingscan provide references for the reuse of wet-process manufactured sand tailings.
