热再生沥青混合料路用性能评价

Abstract:Tofullyutilizerecycledasphalt pavement materials,theinfluenceofRAPcontentontheroad performanceof factory mixed hotrecycledasphalt mixture wasanalyzed throughhigh-temperatureruting,smallbeambending,immersion Marshal test,andfreze-thaw spliting testmethods;DeterminetheoptimalratioschemeforRAPdosagethrough thegreytarget decisionmodel.Theresultsshowedthatas theRAPcontentincreased,thehigh-temperature stabilityof thefactory mixed hot recycledasphaltmixturegraduallyimproved,whilethewaterstabilityandlow-temperaturecrackresistancegradualy decreased;Andtheevaluation indicators for high temperature stability,low temperaturecrackresistance,andwaterstability change faster within the RAP content range of 30 % to 40 % ;The rejuvenator improves the low - temperature crack resistance and waterstabilityofthefactorymixedhotrecycledasphaltmixture;Basedonthegreytarget decisionmodel,theasphaltmixture with 40 % RAP content and the addition of rejuvenator was ultimately determined as the optimal solution.
