镍渣改性橡胶水泥砂浆性能试验研究

Abstract:Theefectsof nickel slagonthemechanicalproperties,durability,andmicroscopicpropertiesofrubberparticle cement mortarwasstudiedbyartificial aceleratedaging,nano-indentation,RCMandother testing methods.Theresults showedthattheadditionofnickel slagandacceleratedagingcanimprove thecompressvestrength,flexural strength, compressionbendingratio,anddynamic elastic modulus of rubbercement mortar,andaceleratedaging hasasignificant mpact onthe dynamic elastic modulusof high rubbercontentcementmortar;Nickelslagcan improve the wearresistanceof rubber cement mortar. When the volume fraction of nickel slag is 5 % and the volume fraction of rubber is 1 5 % ,the length of the grindingpit is minimized;Nickelslagimprovesthelasticmodulusandhardnessofthemicro interfaceareaofrubbercement mortar,enhancingthe micro mechanical propertiesof theinterfacearea;Nickelslag hasagoodrestrainingefectontheearlydryingshrinkageofrubbercementmortar,andalsohelpstoimprovetheresistanceofcementmortartochlorideionpenetration. When the volume fraction of nickel slag is 1 5 % and the volume fraction of rubber particles is 5 % ,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of cement mortar is the smallest.
