新型抗剪性螺栓球节点力学性能研究

Abstract:Inordertodevelopthegridstructureof theownerlesspurlinboltballjint,anewshearboltballjoint wasdesiged, andtheballjointsof three newbolts with diferentbolt diametersof M24,M27and M3Owere testedthroughthecompreson, tensionand shear tests,andtheircomponentsandoverallmechanical properties were studied.Theresultsshowthat when the jointiscompressed,thenew node sleeveis morecompressivethan theordinary joint,andthenew nodebolt bears acertain force.When tensioned,themechanicalvariationlawofeachcomponentof thetwo joints isconsistent.Whensubjected to bendingshear,theshearresistanceof thenewjointis improvedtoacertain extent,theultimatebending momentsof thenew M24,M27 and M30 joints are increased by 2 % , 6 % and 13 % respectively. The test results are compared with the simulation results,and the maximum error is not more than about 10 % :
