超高性能混凝土早期收缩性能的研究

Abstract:Theshrinkagesof UHPC specimenswith diferentconstituentindifferentcuringmethodsweremeasuredbycontact methodinordertosolvethecrackproblemofUHPCatearlystage.Theresultsshowthatthereisacritical water-binderratio for theearlyshrinkageofUHPC,whenthe water-binderratioislessthanthecritical water-binderratio,theshrinkageof UHPC increases withtheincreaseofwater-binderratio,anddecreaseswiththeincreaseofwater-binderratiowhenthewater-binder ratioisargerthanthecritical water-binderratio.TheefectofflyashandslagpowderonearlyshrinkageofUHPCissimilar. Theshrinkagedecreases withtheincreaseof thedosageofflyashandslag powder,theefectoflyashonearlyshrinkagecontrol isbetterthanthatof slagpowder.Theearlyshrinkageof UHPCincreaseswiththeaditionofsilicafume.Thereistheobvious ffectofsteelfiberonearlyshrinkagecontrolofUHPC.ThetotalshrinkageofUHPCin7disthehighestinhotwatercuring,the second instandardcuring,andthelowestinnaturalcuring.Theshrinkageofthefourcuring methodsisveryobvious inthefirst (20 3 d ,andtheshrinkagefrom3dto7dinhot watercuringisthesmalestinfourcuring methods.Therefore,the properhot water maintenance in the early stageof theactual projectis beneficial to the late development of shrinkage inhibition.
