Architecture design of intelligent grain warehouse monitoring system based on digital twin technology and blockchain

AbstractThe current application of technologies in grain storage were reviewed,and a grain storage system architecturebasedon digital twin technologyand blockchain was introduced.Current grain storage technologies were evolving toward inteligentandgreendevelopment.IoTsensorsenablereal-timecollectionof multi-dimensional information such as temperature,humidity,pests,andgasconcentrations.Wireless technologies like NB-IoT,LoRa,and 5G ensure efficient data transmission,while cloud platformsandAI algorithmssupport inteligentanalysisand early warning.Thegrain monitoring system based on digital twin technologyand blockchain is agrain condition monitoring system.This system collcts and transmits grain storage environmental data inreal time through the perception and transmission layers.The model layer constructsavirtual representation of thephysical grain storage,enablinggrain condition prediction and optimized control through multi-source data fusionand simulation.The application layer utilizesAI and big data foranalysisand decision-making,and introducesblockchain technology to record the entire data processensuring transparencyand traceabilityof information.Its widespread application is currently constrained bymultidimensional factors such as technology,cost,collboration,andsystem.The next stepis to gradually build a new intellgent grain storage system through technological iteration,ecological co construction, and other means.
