Research on teaching reform of talent training for Ecology master's degree students under the background ofrural revitalization

AbstractTocultivate high-levelEcologyprofesionalswithboth theoryand practice and innovative ability,the cultivation of this master’s degree students was reformed.Through the establishment of team coperation mechanism, theconstruction of reasonable evaluation system and incentive mechanism,thecombinationof introduction and training andother measures,the construction of excellent teachers team; folowed the principle of“orderly development, progressive levelandsyntheticsystem”,3levelsof excelentcourses,namelygeneral courses,theoretical coursesand practical courses had built; to build a three-part Ecology master’s degree training platform of“science and technology academy,ruralrevitalizationinstitute,scienceandtechnologyspecialagent";encouragedstudentstotakerootinural areas and graroots,andbuiltatraining system of“two rots,three stages andfour gooduses”through practice-theorypractice;throughed cooperationwith enterprises,the establishmentofaseriesofrepresentativecharacteristicbases and other measures toachieve the integrationof science and education and multi-dimensional driven collaborativetraining. The practice showed that the teaching reform madethe training of Ecology master students pay more attention to the close combinationof theoryand practice,improved students’scientificresearchabilityand thecomprehensive quality of service forrural revitalization,and hadachieved obvious results inimproving thequalityof talent training and cultivating innovative talents.
