AbstractThe research on the biological activitiesof chemical components and applications of Angelica dahurica by consulting relevantliterature were reviewed.The mainchemical components of Angelica dahurica includecoumarins， volatileoils，polysaccharides，alkaloids，and others.These bioactive compoundsexhibit various efectssuchasantioxidant，anti-inflammatory，andanalgesicactivities，with multiple potential therapeutic targets.The mechanismsof action mayberelated to theregulationof vascular active substances，lipid metabolism，andoxidative stress inthe body. Angelica dahurica can be combined with other traditional Chinese medicines for topical treatment of skin diseases， administeredorallor externallytoallviatevarious typesofpainand inflammation.Iteffectivelydilates arterialblood vessels，promotesbloodcirculation，andregulates bloodviscosity，therebyproviding therapeutic benefitsfor cardiovascular diseases.This article provides areference for the further studyof the biological activityof Angelica dahurica.
