医教研协同背景下的中医药文化推广融入高校志愿服务模式研究

Abstract：Thecolaborationbtweemedicalresearchandteachingisofgreatsignficanceforthecultivationof medicaltalents. IntheprocessofcultivatingtalentsintraditionalChinesemedicinerelatedmajors，atentionshouldbepaidtothepowerfultolof medicalresearchcollaboration.Voluntrserviceisanimporantforofpracticaleducation.Inteprocess ofcultivatingtalentsin traditionalChinesemedicin，itisofgreatsigificancetomakegooduseofvolunterservieplaytheoleofvolutersevicend integratethepromotiooftaditioalChinesemedicineulturentoitAtpresent，threareproblemswithteintegatiooftradiioal Chinesemedicineculturepromotionintouniversityvolunteerservices，suchaspeople'slowunderstandingoftraditionalChinese medicineculture，thecontradictionbetwnacademicself-fcacyandolunterserviceduration，andstudents'nstrumetalontationtowardsvolunterservice.Thisarticleexplorestheintegrationof traditionalChinesemedicinecultureintoniversityvolunter servicemodelsbasedonthecollborationofmedicalresearchandteaching.Fromtheaspectsofculturalconotation，formandcontent，teambuilding，andcollborativeplatformconstruction，itpromotesthepromotionandpracticeoftraditionalCineseedicine culture，and promotes the innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine culture.
