【Abstract】Objective To explore the impact and mechanism of online bulying on health-related risky behaviors inadolescents，soas to efectively prevent and intervene inadolescent online bulling and healthrelatedriskybehaviors.MethodsAtotalof 659 left-behindadolescent who metthecriteriaforbeing leftbehind， weresurveyedfrom the firstand second yearsof junior high schoolorthe firstand second yearsof high school in four middle schools inLiaoning Province.They were investigated with questionnaires including the Internet and Daily Behaviors Questionnaire for Middle School Students，Online Social Anxiety Questionnaire，the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale，and Adolescents'Health-Related Risky Behaviors Questionnaire.This study was carriedout toexplore therelationship betweencyberbullyingand health-related risky behaviorsas well as the chain mediating effect of online social anxiety and depression.Results ① Cyberbullyingcould positively predict health-related risky behaviors （ β=0.55 P<0.001 ） ② Depression had a separate mediating effect between online bullyingand health-related risky behaviors.Cyberbullying positively predicted depression （β=0.36，P<0.001） ， while depression positively predicted health-related riskybehaviors （β=0.23，P<0.001 ） ③ Online social anxiety and depressionhadachainmediating efectbetweencyberbullingand health-relatedriskybehaviors，andonline social anxiety could positivelypredict depression （ β =0.47，P
