【Abstract】Objective To explore the relationship between prosocial behavior and psychological crisis. Methods This study employed athree-level meta-analysis method in longitudinal research，incorporating 15 studies with 33 efect sizes，involving 26 8O4 participants.Results ① Theresults of the main effect tests indicate a significant negativecorrelation between prosocial behaviorsatT1and psychological crisisatT2/T3（r=-0.113， P< 0.001）.There isalsoasignificantnegativecorrelation betweenpsychological crisisatT1and prosocialbehaviors at T2/T3（r=-0.124， P<0.01 ② Moderation effect tests revealed that the relationship between the two was not influenced bycultural background，age，or gender.ConclusionIndividuals with more prosocial behavior have alowerdegreeof psychologicalcrisis，and increasing prosocial behaviorcan enhance theabilityto prevent and intervene in psychological crisis.

心理危机指个体在面对困难时，运用一般应对方式不能处理目前所遇到的内外部应激而陷入极度的焦虑、抑郁等心理失衡状态，当个体完全无法应对危机时，会出现攻击、自杀等极端行为。（剩余15437字）
