77个葡萄种质资源果实主要农艺性状多样性评价

Abstract: 【Objective】 Investigating the diversity of fruit agronomic traits in different grape germplasm resources provided criticalreferences for cultivar identification and parental selection in hybridization breeding.【Method】77 grapegermplasmresources wereusedas experimentalmaterials.Through variationanalysis,principalcomponentnalysis and corelation analysis,9main agronomic traits including transverse diameter,mass,soluble sugarcontent,the mass fractioof tratableacidityskincolor,bloomthickness,stems lengthofberrywere studied.【Result】Thecoeffcient of variation of 9 fruit agronomic traits of 77 grape germplasms was between 11.10% and 46.54% . The coefficient of variation of berry bloom thickness,single berry massand peel color were larger,and the coeffcient of variation of solublesolidsand solublesugarcontent was thesmaler.Thediversity index ofmass fractionof titratableacidity was thehighestinalltraits,whilethesingleberrymass was the lowest.The longitudinal diameterand transversediameter withthesingle berry mass,the thicknessof the berry bloom with theberrypeelcolor,the massfractionofsoluble solids withthesoluble sugar content,the lengthoftheberrystems withthe single berrymassand themass fractionoftitratable acidity,wereallsignificantlypositivelycorelated.Theprincipalcomponentanalysisof9fruitagronomic traitsshowed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first 4 principal components reached 65.175% ,which could reflect the basic characteristicsofagronomic traits.Therepresentative indicatorof principal component1was thesingleberymass,the representativeindicatorofprincipal component2wastheberrybloomthickness,therepresentative indicatorofprincipal component3 was the soluble solidscontent,therepresentative indicatorof principal component 4 was the longitudinal diameter. Cluster analysis of fruit agronomic traits divided 77 grape germplasm into 5 categories.【Conclusion】The agronomic traits of diffrent grape germplasmresources are highly diverse and multiple traitsexhibitcorrelations.Among them,thediversityofberrybloomthickness,singleberrymassandpeelcoloristhemostabundant,whichisconsistent with theresultsof principalcomponent analysis,andcanbeusedas thecore indicators forcomprehensiveevaluation.
