Abstract:【Objective】Toprovidereference forthehigh-qualitycultivationofAroniamelanocarpainthesoutherm mountainous areas of Ningxia.【Method】From 2021 to2023,usingA.melanocarpa seedlings as experimental materials, six treatments were cariedout in the souther mountainous areaof Ningxia, including mulching (FM),bean planting (LF),organicfertilizer application (YJ),compound fertilizer aplication (HF),cow manure aplication (NF),andblank control(CK).Growth indicatorssuchas tree height,crownwidth,numberofbranches,andannualgrowth weremeasured for threeconsecutiveyears.Ino23,thecontentoftotalphenols,flavonoids,anthocyanins,totalacids,taninsoluble sugars,anthocyanins,vitaminC,vitamin B9 ,total saponins,proteincontent,crude protein,and other nutrientsin the fruit were measuredincludingcalm,magnesium,otassium,ion,inc,selenm,andmolem.Thecotentofal elements suchasmanganese,copper,andboron,as wellas thecontentof18aminoacids,were studiedtoinvestigatethe differences ingrowth indicatorsand fruit qualityofA.melanocarpaunder different treatments.【Result】Compared with CK treatment,FMtreatmentpromotedcrown width growth,whileHF,LF,NF,andYJtreatments inhibitedcrown width growth.Theresultsoffruit quality analysis showed thatLFtreatment promoted the accumulationof soluble sugars in the fruit to a certain extent,with a content of 184.4mg/g ,whileFM,HF,NF,andYJ treatments reduce the content ofsoluble sugars inthefruit;FMandYJtreatments tosome extentpromotedanincreaseinboroncontentin thefruit,whileHF,LF, andNFtreatments reducedtheboroncontentinthe fruit;ExceptforHFtreatment whichreduced thecontentofaspartic acidinthe fruit,other treatmentscould increase thecontentof asparticacid inthe fruit.NFtreatmentsignificantly increased the content of aspartic acid by 79.2μg/g ;FM,LF,and NF treatments increased the content of proline in fruits, HFandYJtreatmentsdecreasedthecontentof prolineinfruits,andNFtreatmentsignificantlyincreasedthecontentof proline,reaching 178.7μg/g .【Conclusion】In the southern mountainous areas of Ningxia, the mulching treatment of A. melanocarpa can promote tree growth and the accumulation of boron content in the fruit. Inter row planting of green manure is beneficial for fruit sugaraccumulation,andapplying cow manure is beneficial forincreasingaspartic acidand proline content.
