Abstract：[Objective]The paper aims to study theroleof standardization in thedevelopment of the semiconductor industry chainand promote the high-qualitydevelopmentofthe semiconductorindustrychain.[Methods]Taking thedevelopmentand revisionofrelevant national standards inthesemiconductorfeldas the startingpoint，the mainaspects of standardization intheconstructionanddevelopmentofthesemiconductor industrychainareanalyzed.[Results]Themainchalenges and countermeasures facedbystandardization work in this feldare summarized，providing pathreference forhow tosolve the botleneck problemsof the semiconductor industrychain through standardization.[Conclusion] Standardization playsan importantrole inimproving theresilience andsecuritylevelofthe industrialchainin theprocess ofreconstructing the global semiconductor industry pattern.
