Research on the Construction Approach to Innovative Logistics Performance Indicator System

Abstract：[Objective]Inresponse tothedemandforinnovativedevelopmentinlogistics，takingtheestablishmentofISO/ TC344 as anopportunity，the paper proposes ideas forconstructingan innovative logistics performance indicator system. [Methods]Through literature analysis and case studies，this study investigates the connotation of innovative logistics goals，driving factorsforlogisticsinnovationdevelopment，typesof innovativelogistics，andtrends ininnovativelogistics development.Results]Takingintoaccountthecurrentdevelopmentcharacteristicsofinnovativelogistics，keypointsand ideas forconstructing a performance indicator system thatcan reflect the development goalsand levels of innovative logistics are proposed.[Conclusion]The framework of the innovative logistics performance indicator system includes threeaspects： resourceguaranteelevel，operationlevel，andefciencylevel.Fromheaspectsofsoures，ctiosndacieets， comprehensively reflects the level of innovative logistics performance.
