Research on Standard Institutional Opening Strategy of Weather Modification in China

Abstract： [Objective] In order to further expand China's international advantages in the fieldof artificial weather modification，itis necessryto study the focus of standard institutional opening and explore efective ways to enhance international competitiveness.[Methods] This paper uses the PEST-SWOT method to analyze the international competitivenessofChina’sartificial weather modifcation industry，uses the standardizationcomparativeanalysis method to analyze the standardization competitiveness，and drawson the relevant experienceofthe standard institutionalopening of the United StatesandtheEuropean Union.[Results]Basedonthedualcirculationpattern，targetedcountermeasuresand suggestionsforimproving China’sinternationalcompetitiveness inartificialweather modificationare putforward.[Conclusion] Fromthe perspectives of promoting theconnection ofinternational high-standard economic and trade rules，improving the standardizationcordinationmechanism，tacklingcoretechnologies，andstrivingforinternational pricingpower，itprovidesa reference path for enhancing China's international competitiveness inthe fieldofartificial weather modification.
