Standards for Smart City Operating Models Support Sustainable Urban Development

Abstract：[Objective]Thepaperaimstostudythemethodsandtools providedbythesmartcityoperationmodelstandards，as wel as their application in promoting sustainable urban development，inorder to provide support fornewurbanization construction in China.[Methods]Through literature reviewand comparative analysis methods，this paper analyzes smart cityoperating models in ISO 37106：2021，GB/T4150-2021andtheir applications.[Results]The smartcityoperating models include three aspects： strategymanagement，citizen-centricservicemanagement，anddigitalandphysicalresourcemanagement.Theimplementationof the models have promotedthedevelopmentofinternationalstandards insustainablecitiesandcommunities for thespecialvents， citien-centric，AaplicationswicareproposedanddeveloedbyChineseexperts，andalsoprovidetetecnicalfoundationfor thestudyandconstructionofintellgentmanagement model topromotesustainableurbandevelopment in China.Conclusion]The standarddoesnotdescribeaone-size-fits-allsmartityoperatingmodelbutprovidesareferencemodelandgdnce.Basedothe model，practicalodelaplicaioscanbeadetocheetevisioofsustiabledevelopnt.Iiscessarytfurtrproote the implementation of standards for smart city operating models to support urban sustainable development.
