Abstract：[Objective]BasedontheconceptofOBE，this papersystematically explores the practical teaching innovation mode toimprove thequalityofogisticsstandardizationtalentraining，andprovides talentsforthesustainabledevelopentof theidustry.[Methods]The studybuildsathree-stage teaching modeof"pre-class guidance，in-classlearningandafter-class extension”forlogisticsstandardizationpersonneltraining，integratesonlineandoflinehybridteaching methods，andbreaks the constraintsof ime andspace.Italsointroducesrealcases，virtualsimulationtechnologyandactual projects ofeterprises tostrengthenstudentspracticaloperationandproblemsolvingability;combines theprocessandresultevaluationtoestablish adiversifiedevaluationsystem withabilityasthecore;deepensschoolenterprisecoperation，buildspracticebasesandjoint trainingmechansms，ndestablishesprofessionalpracticeplatforms.Results]Thismodelsignifcantlyimprovesstudents learning effectivenessand practicalabilityandenhances theirprofesional qualityand employmentcompetitiveess.It verifiesthatthemethodcaneffectivelyimprovethequalityoflogisticsstandardizationtalent training，andcultivatehighquality talents for the industry.[Conclusions] The innovation mode provides a systematic solution for the cultivation of logistics standardized talents.Its productionandeducation integrationpathand evaluation mechanismcan providereference for the teaching reform of other majors，which is valuable for wide promotion.
