跨国轨道交通项目本地化供应链质量体系建立与实施关键要素

摘 要：本文分析了中车长客美国轨道交通产品项目中的本地化要求，结合美国本土供应链体系的自身特点，提炼了针对一般美国轨道交通产品项目的本地化供应链质量体系建立与实施的要素，为同类跨国项目供应链质量体系管理提供借鉴。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the localization requirements of the rail transit product project of CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co.， Ltd. in the United States， combines the characteristics of the local supply chain system in the United States， and abstracts the elements of the establishment and implementation of a localized supply chain quality system for common rail transit product projects in the United States， providing reference for the supply chain quality system management of similar transnational projects.
