数字温度计示值误差测量方法与不确定度评定

摘 要:温度是人类接触最早的物理量,随着测温技术的发展,数字温度计因其读数直观、分辨力高、使用方便,目前已广泛应用于人类生活和工农业生产等领域。本文参考JJG 130-2011和JJF 1908-2021制定了数字温度计示值误差的测量方法并对其测量结果的不确定度进行了分析评定。

With the development of temperature measurement technology, digital thermometer has been widely used in human life, industrial and agricultural production and other fi elds due to its intuitive reading, high resolution and easy operation. This paper refers to JJG 130-2011 and JJF 1908-2021 to formulate the measurement method of the indication error of digital thermometer and analyze and evaluate the uncertainty of the measurement results.

0 引 言

数字温度计无读数视差、准确度良好,因此其使用量日益增长,在医疗卫生、工农业生产、科学研究、节约能源等领域起到了至关重要的作用,但目前暂无相应的国家检定规程和校准规范对数字温度计的测量进行具体规定[1]。(剩余1753字)
