摘 要：培育发展团体标准，是发挥市场在标准化资源配置中决定性作用和加快构建国家新型标准体系的重要举措。本文以构建电动工具领域浙江制造团体标准体系建设为例，探讨团体标准体系发挥的科学指导作用，提出企业“浙江制造”标准研制建议，助推电动工具制造业可持续的高质量发展。

Construction of Association Standards System Boosts the High-quality Industrial Development

—Taking the Construction of “Zhejiang Made” Association Standards System of in the Field of Electric Tools as an Example

Abstract： Cultivating and developing association standards is an important measure to give full play to the decisive role of the market in standardized resource allocation and accelerate the construction of the new national standards system. This paper takes the “Zhejiang Made” association standards system of electric tools as an example， discusses the scientifi c guiding function of association standards system， and puts forward suggestions on the development of the“Zhejiang Made” standards for enterprises to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the electric tool manufacturing industry.
