浅谈食品微生物检验菌种标准化管理
摘 要:为有效推进食品微生物菌种检验工作的标准化发展,切实提高食品安全水平,就要积极优化和完善食品微生物检验检测体系,本文联系食品微生物检验检测特性,分析了具体标准化管理问题,希望在相关体系影响下,能为我国食品领域健康和规范化发展提供有效帮助。

Discussion on the Standardization Management of Food Microbiological Testing Bacteria

Abstract: To effectively promote the standardization development of strains of food microbial strain inspection, improve the level of food safety, it is essential to actively optimize and improve the food microbiological inspection and testing system. Combined with the characteristics of food microbiological inspection and testing, this paper analyzes the specifi c standardized management problems, which is expected to provide valuable help for the healthy and standardized development of food in China under the infl uence of related system.
