国内外城市高质量发展指标体系研究及探索

摘 要：本文围绕推动高质量发展要求，探索国内外推动城市高质量发展研究进展，对国际标准化组织、经济合作与发展组织、欧盟、美国、日本、中国等国内外制定的城市高质量发展指标体系进行了分析研究，探索如何制定城市高质量发展指标体系的经验和启示。

Abstract： This paper focuses on promoting high-quality development requirements， explores the research progress of promoting high-quality urban development at home and abroad， analyzes and studies the urban high-quality development index systems developed by international Organization for Standardization， the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development， the European Union， the United States， Japan， as well as China， and explores the experience and enlightenment of how to formulate urban high-quality development index system.
