高校食品安全快速检测技术及保障体系

摘 要：近年来，食品安全倍受人们关注，高等院校人员众多导致用餐聚集，更需要保障食品安全，建立更为完善的食品安全保障体系。本文论述了保障高校食品安全的重要意义，提出在高校食品安全中落实采用快速检测技术，指出了提高食品安全监管与评价体系、加强相关工作人员培训与专业意识对于完善食品安全保障体系的重要性。

Analysis of Rapid Detection Technology and Assurance System of Food Safety in Colleges and Universities

Abstract： Food safety has become a major concern in recent years. With the large number of people in colleges and universities， food safety is particularly important and there is an urgent need to establish a more comprehensive food safety assurance system. This paper discusses the importance of ensuring food safety in colleges and universities， puts forward the implementation of rapid detection technology for food safety in colleges and universities， and points out the importance of improving food safety supervision and evaluation systems and strengthening the training and professional awareness of relevant staff to improve the food safety assurance system.
