人脸识别数据安全法律保护问题研究

摘要：我国人脸识别技术广泛应用于多领域，但数据滥用问题凸显，要加强人脸识别数据安全的法律保护。本文探讨了人脸识别数据的概念及法律保护的不足之处，分析了法律保护的完善途径，以期为人脸识别数据安全法律保护提供有价值的参考和借鉴。

Abstract： Face recognition technology is widely used in many fields in China， but the problem of data abuse is prominent， and the legal protection of face recognition data security should be strengthened. This paper discusses the concept of face recognition data and the shortcomings of legal protection， analyzes the ways to improve legal protection， in order to provide valuable reference for the legal protection of face recognition data.
