摘要：实现数字化转型是当今我国高校与科研机构的重要命题，本文以A单位数字化转型为例，详细介绍了数字化转型的设计理念与方案，以期为我国高校与科研机构数字化转型提供参考。

Abstract： Doing a good job in digital transformation is an important proposition for universities and research institutions in China today. This article takes the digital transformation of Unit A as an example and provides a detailed introduction to the design concepts and plans of digital transformation， in order to provide reference for the digital transformation of universities and research institutions in China.
