生成式人工智能在高校教学中的应用研究

——以《管理学》课程为例

摘要：该文探讨了生成式人工智能在《管理学》课程教学中应用的现状，研究分析了高校学生在学习《管理学》课程中存在的现实问题，提出了基于生成式人工智能的教学改革设计，并针对教学实践进行了反思和展望，旨在推动智能化教学在《管理学》课程教学中的深度应用。

Research on the Application of Generative Artificial Intelligence in University Teaching

--Taking the course of Management as an example

Abstract： This article explores the current situation of the application of generative artificial intelligence in the teaching of "Management" course， analyzes the practical problems that college students face in learning "Management" course， proposes a teaching reform design based on generative artificial intelligence， and reflects and looks forward to teaching practice， aiming to promote the deep application of intelligent teaching in the teaching of "Management" course.
